ShortsMaker.pro writes a story script, records an expressive voiceover, finds matching stock footage, adds music, sound effects and captions, and gives you a ready-to-post vertical video.
It's free to use. You just need two free keys, which take about 5 minutes to get:
Google Gemini key — writes the script and records the voice.
Pixabay key — searches free stock video footage.
Use Chrome or Edge on a laptop or desktop. Your keys are stored only in this browser.
Open the Pixabay API page. While logged in, your key is shown in the Parameters table next to key.
Copy it, paste it here and press Test.
Optional: in Settings → Backup footage libraries you can add free Coverr and Unsplash keys. Then the tool still finds footage if Pixabay is down or has nothing that fits. Wikimedia Commons and NASA are searched automatically.
Want drawn, cartoon-style visuals instead of stock footage? Make a free Cloudflare account. In the dashboard, open AI → Workers AI → Use REST API: copy your Account ID, click Create a Workers AI API Token, and paste both into Settings → AI illustrations.
3. Make your first video
Type a topic (e.g. why cats knock things off tables).
Pick a Vibe and a Language (19 to choose from, including English, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic and Spanish).
Press Create video and keep the tab open while it works (about 1–3 minutes).
Download the video, copy the title and caption, and post it.
Tips
Tick Let me review the script in Settings to check facts first — especially for health or money topics.
Use Batch mode to make up to 20 videos in one go.
On TikTok, turn on the AI-generated content label when you upload, and post 1–2 videos a day rather than many at once.
One line per scene: search words | sentence | pop word | emoji | zoom/shake. Turn on “Let me review the script” in Settings to land here before every video.

One topic per line. Add a vibe or language to any line: topic | dramatic or topic | facts | spanish.
Uses your Create choices, settings and your own clips. Keep this tab open and the computer plugged in. With Fast rendering you can use other tabs meanwhile.

AI illustrations
Needed only for the “AI illustrations” and “Mix” visuals. A free Cloudflare account draws about 200 pictures a day (roughly 10 videos). Create a free Cloudflare account, then follow the steps in the Guide.
Backup footage libraries
If Pixabay is down or has nothing that fits a line, the tool also looks in these. Gemini then picks the best clip from all of them. Every key here is optional and free.
